Living by Wisdom is called cultivating Sattva

- Choosing Mind-body-spirit-soul union, enriching alignment and cultivating awarness for a higher power with life builds consciousness and wisdom within.
- Supporting your own daily rituals and seasonal care that incorporate nature,support developing P’s: Peace, purity, pleasantry and the lighter side of living in all areas of life build sattva guna.
- Learning how to manage the other 2 gunas (ragas, tamas) or qualities of mind-body-being and repair from them when off key
- A sattvic cultivator expands their perceptive fields, sentience and spiritual awareness. They work within. healing their energy fields in self care and enjoy the living planet.
Understanding that sattva while challenging is enriching and gives you the feeling of well being in lifestyle is something to strive to take pride in. It is a feel good space to add 2 new routines into your week, and then a new food, end a disruptive sleep pattern….this is cultivating sattva….and is what you are capable of doing.
