Ayurveda Wellness, Well Being Counseling: A  natural well being pathway for prevention, healing, wholistic balance.

• Dosha Consultation approx 30 minutes:  If you simply would like to learn Ayurveda, or Learn about your own Prakriti you can ask for A Prakriti session, this is great for tips, to discuss areas of importance or to learn the taste profile and lifestyle support for your unique profile. If you choose to stay longer please let me know your time requirement as the rate is $120 per hour. There is a profile questionnaire for first-time clients that you can request in advance.  
• Your Full Ayurveda Profile approx 90 minutes: This is a conclusive introductory review and is beneficial when you want a full evaluation. It is helpful when you have imbalances,require self-detection, prevention or long term plan. Approx. 90 minutes, with a complimentary 20 minute check-in in 2-3 weeks. 
• Vikriti Current Imbalance consultation, approx 1 hour with one 20 minute check-in:  Here I may feel off and need support. This is for someone experiencing an imbalance, or a dietary or lifestyle need and may have been in prior or already has knowledge of Prakriti.  
• Your follow-up, counseling check-ins approx. 20-30minutes:  When you are working on creating balance, or are interested in learning to incorporate Ayurvedas approach for wellness and longevity you can elect to come in routinely and may also elect the Life Coaching program. Check-ins are 20 minutes, 1/2 hour, and 1 hour when intuitive consultation or energy healing is supporting your plan
• Jyotish Vedic Cosmology: Prakriti Natal-Life Chart of Cosmic Alignment: This is a stand alone written report-reading that you get to keep for a lifetime. A Natal on its own is $230 and is a valued milestone. Note: there is a discount of $50 to clients who include a Natal cosmology order together with a Full Ayurveda Profile.

Intuitive Readings: An excellent way to gain insight.

• Intuitive readings are an excellent way to gain valuable insight, look at potentials, heal, or create a transformation in a subject or area of importance. Readings can be invaluable coupled with Ayurveda or Soul Path Counseling as you can take karmic action to understand and take steps for authentic self, understanding, and pathways. Intuitive readings are excellent tools for authentic energy alignment and are supportive to well-being. Readings are a tool to understand energy on a mind, body, spirit level and can provide insight to you in many ways.
• Duration: A reading can be as short as 20 minutes to as long as 2 hours based and are offered in intervals of 20min., 30min, 45min, 1 hour, 1.5hours, 2 hours.  Cynthia’s rule of thumb is 20 minutes is good for a question or two. 1 hour or longer is valuable for creating a shift, looking at multiple aspects of life, or spiritual transformation, detail, depth.  

 

Jyotish Natal Life Chart Astrological Reading: A Vedic Cosmology Science Reading and Report.

• Jyotish is the Vedic Astrological System that looks at ones life plan to start at the time and hour of birth when it is said the light is delivered into the infant body. A natal reading consists of a look at all 12 houses, tells alot about your authentic self, blueprint for health, aspects of life and can be an invaluable companion in Ayurveda. Jyotish as well as Yoga are sister/companion sciences to Ayurveda and are part of the way.
• A Jyotish Natal or Life Chart is an Ayurveda or Vedic tool to understand aspect of life- the virtues & lessons and karmic flow of each of 12 houses, planetary influences, Prakriti strengths to relate to all and potential areas where weak spots may need support.  In the Natal and life Chart one can learn how lessons serve the construction of each house and how ones Prakriti flows through the houses based upon natural authentic energy.
•  Each chart is hand typed and constructed over the course of a week and is considered a flat rate value of $230 which is a gift of a lifetime. A Natal reading  comes in written format that you may have and keep with you.

• In General: Coaching is a support tool when you have allot to achieve and need a duration of time in support of your spirit for goals, growth, healing and personal development. Here you would make a commitment to meet at regular intervals to stay on path, connect, check in and have the support. Making your commit to working in alignment with your own higher vision, Cynthia a great asset to and is versed in how to support multiple aspects of mind-body-spirit alignment, healing, and pathway. She is able to look at energetic patterns and support and give guidance to many situations so that a client can stay balanced and on path. Spiritual Wellness Counseling flows well with Ayurveda and Intuitive Readings.
• Ayurveda Dietary & Lifestyle Wellness Coaching-6 month option: This is great when you are making a change, are interested in Ayurveda, would like to use it for a new you. It is a great tool for diet review, weight loss, renewal.

• Alignment & Flow Spiritual Healing: Cynthia is versed in Energy Medicine techniques from approximately 20 years of study and healing. She works with her knowledge base of etheric, spiritual anatomy, sacred geometry, tree of life sciences including Ayurveda. Spiritual healing helps to reset your own authentic energy, open channels so that your own innate natural healer can open and flow.
