Kapha dosha is the Ayurvedic body-type derived from the boutic composition of Earth and Water. You do not have to be a Kapha dosha to have an Earth or Water imbalance-issue.
- You can be a Kapha dosha, with a Kapha vikriti (disorder).
- You can be Pitta or Vata, or dual dosha with a Kapha Vikriti.
- In both cases a balance plan and support from a wellness counselor can support you.
